Sanlam announces executive changes

ian-kirk-b1_news_18442_10147JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – SANLAM has announced Chief Executive Officer of its personal finance entity (SPF), Hubert Brody, will step down on May 31.
Jurie Strydom, currently the joint Deputy CEO of SPF, has been appointed CEO of the entity.
With effect from April 1, Temba Mvusi, the Chief Executive of Group Market Development, has been appointed as acting CEO of the Sanlam Corporate cluster which was established at the beginning of 2016.
Making the announcements, Sanlam Group CEO, Ian Kirk, acknowledged Brody’s contribution.
He hailed him for the restructure of the SPF business and laying a solid platform from which SPF will continue to thrive in future.
“We are immensely grateful for his wisdom, vision and values-based leadership, which he brought to Sanlam. We wish him well and respect his decision to focus on his various other interests.”
Kirk welcomed Strydom and Mvusi to their new positions.
